  Try to get a room facing the entrance the view was amazing. The hotel is near the town square and the port. I wish I would have rented a car, since it really helps getting around town, parking near the hotel also was an option per the guy at the front desk.

  Mi experiencia en el "hotel"deja mucho que desear...la recepcionista de la tarde es bastante despota y parece que te esta perdonando la vida..la habitacion es bastante cutre y encima xon bastante ruidos(mal insonorizada) no te dejan ni llevarte la llave a comprar...para nada recomendable

  This was the most awful experience we have ever encountered in all of our travels. The reception staff were unwelcoming, rude and not willing to help us at all. They first started arguing with us in spanish and didn't speak more than 5% of English. As we were sleeping in the mid morning when they arrived to clean our room on both days, they refused to give us clean towels from reception saying they cannot give us clean towels. We had to use the same towels for swimming showering for all of the four days. The aircon did not work and when we called they spoke spanish over the phone and then hung up. We believe it was controlled from reception in the family run business. They also refused to have our friend present as three girls travelling and one had her separate accommodation and we were willing for them to call and confirm this. As no one but who is sleeping in the room is allowed to enter the hotel. They refused to call a taxi service saying they would be too busy and refused to write the number down for us. We couldn't get a refund as they said no refunds allowed and had to stay as we had no other accommodation in the town at a days notice. Beds uncomfortable. Out dated. They also made us give them the key each time we left the room. No safety boxes either for our personal valuables. The worst vibe and feel. Please thoroughly review your accommodation choices prior to booking in your travels. We wish we did.

  First off, if you have more than a backpack, take a cab to this hotel. I had a large suitcase and a small bag, by the time I got to the room I had to shower and straighten by back. The public bus has a stop down near the town center, its about a 5 min walk, since the area is hilly it was really tough to walk with luggage.

  The staff rotates quite often and some of them didn't speak English, so had to pull out Google translator to help.

  The one big downside of this place is that there was no Elevator.

  Hotel pulito ed economico. Stanze accoglienti, tutte con balcone e bagno privato. Staff cortese e simpatico. Pulizia e servizi molto curati. Posizione eccellente per passare la serata ad Ibiza città/ porto o visitare il castello senza prendere l'auto. Prezzo al di sotto della media.

  The check-in was nice, the guy spoke English and provided all the info of Ibiza we requested. If your staying more than a night here, they only bill you for a night in advance so you have to pay for the remainder of your stay at check-in.

  La señora de la recepción, que de hecho creo que es la dueña, no puede ser más borde. A parte de no facilitarnos un taxi, o un desayuno como dios manda, nos llamó la atención por tener música a las 5 de la tarde en la habitación. Sin duda un lugar para no volver por su trato tan inexperto y tan lamentable.
